Consultation & Availability

All clients are encouraged to schedule a consultation to discuss their event or project details. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

 

Deposit & Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your date. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before any final work is delivered. 

 

Payment Methods

We accept CashApp, Zelle & PayPal. 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    Cancellations: Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE 

    •    Rescheduling: If you reschedule your event at least 24-48 hours in advance and we are available, your deposit can be applied to the new date.

 

Overtime & Additional Hours

Events extending beyond the agreed-upon time will be billed at an hourly rate 

 

Deliverables & Timeline

Photos and videos will be delivered as outlined in your package, typically within 3-10 business days after the event.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients should provide accurate event information and ensure permissions are granted for photography at the venue. CMV Productions is not responsible for restricted access or unforeseen limitations at the location.

 

Model Release & Usage

By booking with CMV Productions, clients grant permission for their images to be used for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Agreement

Booking a date with CMV Productions indicates acceptance of this policy. A signed contract will formalize the agreement. Faith & Principles: As a Christian organization, we reserve the right to decline any event that conflicts with our values, morals, or faith-based principles.
